Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process for Emiratis and employees within grade levels 1 to 5.
• Generate and renew employee labor cards, issue access cards for new hires, add/delete medical benefits, and assist with bank account setup.
• Plan and conduct induction programs to familiarize new joiners with company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Manage filing and documentation for new employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Conduct thorough reference checks for potential candidates to verify qualifications and suitability for the role.
• Generate work permits and apply for residency visas as needed, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring all recruitment and onboarding activities adhere to legal requirements.
