Job Description

The HR Specialist is an essential role within an organization, particularly in a multicultural environment like Dubai. This position involves managing various human resources functions, ensuring that the HR operations align with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess bilingual capabilities, allowing them to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce. With a strong background in HR processes and at least 3 years of experience, the HR Specialist will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws.
Responsibilities: * Manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that adhere to UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including setting performance objectives and conducting evaluations.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing support and guidance to resolve conflicts and enhance workplace harmony.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR processes.
  • Implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and trends to continuously improve HR operations.
Preferred Candidate: * Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Analytical skills to interpret HR data and metrics effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current in the HR field.
