Armeton is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our growing operations. This role is essential in ensuring HR processes run smoothly, legal compliance is met, and employees across the organisation receive consistent, high-quality support.
We are seeking a candidate with a solid HR generalist background, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, who is proactive and organised.
This role is mainly supporting US Market with afternoon/evening working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, exits
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labour law
Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, absences, overtime)
Support recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with Group HR
Track and coordinate mandatory training
Assist in performance reviews, probation tracking, and contract renewals
Support HR reporting and maintain monthly HR metrics for HQ
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters
Contribute to internal communication and engagement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
HR or admin experience, ideally in manufacturing
Knowledge of local labour law and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Spanish
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organisational skills
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and team-minded approach
