2. Business unit Purpose:
A BU that manages the program governance process and coordinates the efforts of the program management team.

Provide support in project planning, project implementation and coordinating day-to-day tasks. The jobholder will work on multiple project teams simultaneously and may serve as a Project lead for a small project or a portion of a larger project. Main responsibilities focus on project management details and follow up actions that maximize project outcomes. The jobholder must be organized and have a proven ability to track and complete deadline-driven projects.

Document projects across Emirates Flight Catering from inception to successful implementation by utilising standardised templates to track and report progress of each project in a timely manner.
Provide updates on strategic business projects across HR in compliance with practices, standards and processes defined by HR Projects & Change Management department.
Contribute in the identification, support and delivery of business improvement opportunities to enhance the productivity.
Lead and facilitate project meetings by asking the right questions to probe engagement and and when necessary, communicate project findings to key stakeholders and HODs.
Organise multiple projects/ priorities in order to develop a project plan and assess how much effort a particular task or project is going to take and to ensure that timelines are met.
Listen and engage in meetings then report and document the outcomes, action points and overall discussion.
Lead, inspire and motivate a diverse and cross-functional project team while assessing performance and reporting back on areas that require improvement
Engage with stakeholders to understand different areas of the business and support the outcome of the project
Support in process mapping and engage with working group to identify optimisation opportunities
Facilitate subsequent change management activities utilsing the Change Management framework to ensure impacted stakeholders are aware of the upcoming changes.

Education Qualification:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent qualification

5 years of relevant experience preferably including Project Management
Advanced skills in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel

Ability to assimilate with other department owners and to ensure an integrated approach to planning
