On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an HR specialist based in Casablanca.
As an
HR Specialist
, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth administrative and HR processes within the company.
Your main tasks will include:
Sourcing CVs & scheduling interviews
Conducting background checks and managing training records
Maintaining and updating employee files
Processing monthly payroll
Tracking attendance and leaves
Supporting performance management processes
Drafting HR documents as needed
Managing administrative tasks
Handling various ad-hoc HR duties
Skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Good communication and interpersonal skills
