  • Managing all day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
  • Maintain all employee records (soft and hard copies) for Internal, Outsourcing, and International - noting expiry dates and renewal timeline.
  • Coordinate with the PRO in processing/cancellation of staff visas and associated activities as per laws of the Ministry of Labor.
  • Processing Medical Insurance, including addition, deletion, and modification.
  • Prepare employee request letter like NOC, Salary Certificates, warning letter, job offers and contracts.
  • Prepare paperwork, schedules, orientation and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience for all new employees.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into Zoho and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
  • Manages the payroll processing, including monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking annual leave/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, tracking hourly employee validations, outsourced employees, and benefit changes.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
  • Identify and assess customer need to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and proper channel.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with the client accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Serve as the client's first port of support in any feedback in order to improve the company's services.
Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree.

Atleast 5 years of experience in Payroll is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.

The ability to handle multiple priorities.

Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.

Ambitious and determined to succeed, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.

Confident and self-motivated.

Strong time management and strong organizational attention to detail skills.
