Job Brief:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented

HR Specialist

to join our team in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of core HR functions and administrative operations in a collaborative, small-team environment where your work directly impacts our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, and records management. Support recruitment activities such as screening CVs, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups. Maintain employee files, attendance records, and leave management. Assist in payroll coordination and HR-related accounting support (basic level). Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations. Coordinate with management on HR matters and employee relations. Support administrative tasks related to office operations as required. Liaise with external vendors or consultants when necessary.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Min 2 years of experience in an HR role within the UAE. Native Arabic Speaker Good command of

spoken and written English

. Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a small-entity environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
