Responsibilities
Handle recruitment end to end. Sourcing, screening, coordination.
Manage onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance reviews and HR policies.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Act as first point of contact for employee issues.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Agency.
Strong hiring and people management skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Clear communication and strong organization.
Agency or fast-paced environment experience preferred.
