Job Responsibilities
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation for all staff in the country
Assist in workforce planning and job postings
Support recruitment coordination including sourcing, interview scheduling, document collection, and local onboarding logistics
Coordinate with government entities and portals for visa processing, labor cards, and compliance matters
Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers, resolving queries professionally
Support conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling
Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with local labor law and internal HR policies
Maintain accurate reporting to the International HCM team on all local activities
Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
Assist in training needs identification and coordination of learning programs
Track employee development plans and career progression
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
Maintain records of attendance, leave, and other entitlements
Requirements
2 - 5 years of HR experience (generalist or specialist role)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Prefered Arab National
