We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, and proven experience in recruitment, payroll management, and employee settlement processes. This role will support the full employee lifecycle and ensure HR compliance and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law in all HR operations and employee documentation.
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leave records, and monthly payouts.
Oversee employee settlements, visa cancellations, and exit formalities in line with UAE regulations.
Maintain updated employee records and handle HR documentation and correspondence.
Support HR policy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with PRO and admin for visa, medical, and insurance processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in a mid-sized company.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and practical HR compliance.
Experience in payroll software and HRMS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
