Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between management and staff.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help drive company culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role in UAE, preferably as an HR Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and labor laws in the UAE.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
