2 to 3 years in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and UAE labor law
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle HR tasks independently and professionally

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Handle HR documentation, contracts, and HR policies
Support employee relations and internal communication
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
