Our client is \xef\xbb\xbfa part of airport dimensions with deep roots into aviation that \xef\xbb\xbfprovides an array of services and products to international airports and their stakeholders. They are looking for Hr Specialist to join their team in Dubai.
:
- Supporting and facilitating the recruitment process: placing adverts, reviewing resumes and shortlisting potential candidates
- \xef\xbb\xbfOn-boarding of new employees Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer\'s own employment policies and procedures (MOHRE & Labour Law updates)
- Support the management with disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, personal documents, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- \xef\xbb\xbf Arranging Residency Visas; new, renewal and cancellation, via the Companys service provider
- Submitting Airport Passes for employees Medical insurance register: updates, new employees and cancellations for Operations staff Applications for medical insurance via the Companys service provider and support of policy cancellation process.
- Employee Offer Letters Employment Contracts: MOHRE and internal Company contracts
- Successful Completion of Probation Letters Operations staff Salary Certificates
- Support Payroll process and creation of monthly Pay Slips
- \xef\xbb\xbf Organising staff training Employee appraisals/performance monitoring
- Annual leave management\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
