Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Assist with HR process improvements, documentation, and policy updates
• Ensure compliance with HR procedures and company policies
• Maintain accurate employee records and support general HR activities

Ideal Profile

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong experience in HR data analysis, dashboards, and reporting
• Hands-on experience in training and development planning and coordination
• Good understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
