HR Specialist with a solid Food & Beverage background

to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and hospitality roles (kitchen, service, bar, management). Handle onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation in compliance with labor laws. Support manpower planning, staffing forecasts, and workforce budgeting. Implement HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes in line with hospitality standards. Oversee employee relations, grievances, and performance management. Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance systems, and leave administration. Support training, development programs, and succession planning for F&B teams. Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, visas, contracts, and renewals. Promote employee engagement, retention initiatives, and workplace culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years HR experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality

environments. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, shift-based workforce management, and manpower planning. Experience in recruitment for kitchen, bar, service, and operations roles. Familiar with labor law compliance, payroll coordination, and HR systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-unit hospitality operations.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in multi-brand restaurant groups or hotel F&B operations. Knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes (if applicable). Hands-on experience with HRIS and attendance management systems.
