Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating onboarding processes, supporting recruitment activities, preparing offer letters and employment documentation, managing the company's LinkedIn presence, and contributing to the development and maintenance of employee policies and the company handbook.

Requirements:

Coordinate onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation schedules, and system access. Ensure a smooth offboarding experience and maintain exit documentation. Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on LinkedIn and other platforms. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reports. Draft, issue, and maintain offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related templates. Ensure all documentation complies with labor laws and internal policies. Manage and regularly update the company's LinkedIn page with job postings, employee highlights, and HR announcements. Collaborate with marketing and management to promote employer branding initiatives. Assist in reviewing and updating the employee handbook and HR policies in alignment with legal requirements and company values. Communicate policies clearly to staff and respond to employee queries. Maintain accurate employee records and files. Support HR initiatives, engagement programs, and training logistics as needed.

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
