The HR Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department. This includes assisting with recruitment, managing employee documentation, coordinating visa processing, handling health insurance applications, and performing various HR tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the HR team with screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Knows how to conduct employee performance reviews.
Maintain and update employee files, both hard copies and digital records.
Ensure accurate documentation for new hires, including contracts, forms, and other employment-related records.
Assist in preparing job offer letters for successful candidates.
Guide new hires on required documents for visa processing and employment setup.
Collect and organize necessary documents for employee visa applications.
Coordinate with site administrators and employees regarding visa processing requirements and submit documents to the Public Relations Officer (PRO).
Process and track employee health insurance applications, liaising with the insurance broker to ensure timely coverage.
Track and update employment status changes.
Assist employees with their salary card applications.
Generate salary and experience certificates upon employee requests.
Record, update, and process leave pay and applications.
Handle the processing of final settlements for resigned or terminated employees
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, etc.
3+ years of experience in HR or administrative role, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processing procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
