We're looking to hire an HR Specialist in the C4b Team to provide expert guidance to our client, Qatar's Public Works Authority 'Ashghal', for a defined time-period of 2 months. The successful candidate would support HR initiatives across the Roads Operations and Maintenance Department (ROMD) within Ashghal's Assets Affairs business, as part of its on-going transformation in line with Ashghal's Mission, Vision, and Values. The key responsibility of the HR Specialist would be to support the development of s in line with the Authority's organizational structure and the roles and responsibilities within the Authority's Roads Operations and Maintenance Department, as well as to embed in the related documents the Department's Technical Competencies.

Qualifications Qualifications: . College degree required (graduate degree preferred in the field of Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Communications, or Business) . Skills to work independently and in a large project team setting, with diverse stakeholders . Excellent organizational, meeting planning coordination and project management skills . Organised, independent, and self-motivated with a team player attitude . Excellent communication skills . Proficiency in MS Office Experience: . Minimum 3 years within a structured HR Department, preferably in the Performance Management and / or Training and Development function . Experience on people-related practices and procedures . Experience in GCC is preferred Technical Competencies and Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to produce business cases and technical reports for adoption by a business 2. Ability to interact professionally with peers and client's stakeholders 3. Excellent organizational skills 4. Self-driven, positive attitude, smiley!
