Oracle EBS R12 HR, Payroll, and Self-Service modules
, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to system enhancements, support HR operations, and work closely with end users to ensure smooth ERP functionality.
What We're Looking For:
? 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 HRMS
? Completed at least 3 full implementation cycles of Oracle EBS 12.2
? Solid expertise in HR, Payroll & Self-Service modules
? Ability to troubleshoot issues, document requirements, and support day-to-day operations
? Technical background with SQL knowledge (a plus)
? Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and configurations
Key Responsibilities:
Support and enhance PROZTEC ERP (Oracle EBS R12)
Work closely with end users to resolve issues and implement new features
Document requirements, participate in design, testing & implementation
Coordinate with Oracle for support and bug resolution
Provide training and create user documentation
