The HR Solutions Analyst will ensure the efficient operation, support, and enhancement of HRMS systems--primarily
Oracle EBS R12
--to meet business needs. This role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, user support, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support
Oracle EBS R12 HRMS modules
, including HR, Payroll, and Self-Service.
Enhance existing HR systems by implementing new features based on business requirements.
Collaborate closely with end-users to troubleshoot issues and resolve system bugs.
Support daily HR operations through system updates, maintenance, and user assistance.
Document new requirements and participate in system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Ensure effective implementation of policies, processes, and controls related to HR systems.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security standards in all system-related work.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation within HR systems.
Perform additional related duties as required by management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience
in Oracle EBS R12 implementation and support.
Completed
at least 3 full implementation cycles
of Oracle EBS 12.2.
Strong functional expertise across Oracle HCM modules.
Solid experience with advanced modules and cross-functional integration.
Ability to train users and create training materials.
Strong understanding of Oracle EBS configuration and architecture.
Experience coordinating with Oracle Support to resolve issues and raise SRs.
Technical background with the ability to write
ad-hoc SQL queries
and perform basic troubleshooting is an added advantage.
