HR Recruitment Intern

to join our team in Qatar. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

Job Summary:

The HR Recruitment Intern will assist the recruitment team with daily recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and administrative support. This role provides structured exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and is ideal for individuals seeking to develop a foundation in Human Resources within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the recruitment team with sourcing and screening candidates Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Support job posting on job portals and social media platforms Provide general support to the HR and recruitment team as needed

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication skills in English Good organizational and time-management skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Candidates must be currently located in Qatar
