Job Description

To manage and support the recruitment process across all departments, ensuring the hiring of qualified talent in alignment with the company's strategic goals, with a strong focus on Emiratization and local hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially focusing on UAE National talent pools. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and internal policies. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Report regularly to HR Manager on recruitment metrics and progress toward Emiratization targets.

Requirements:



UAE National (with valid Family Book). 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment.

Skills:



Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Passion for Emiratization initiatives.
