Job Position - HR Recruiter

Looking for a passionate and talented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience hiring both white-collar and blue-collar positions across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for all levels of staff
- Source candidates through Naukri Gulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, Dubizzle, and other recruitment platforms
- Conduct screening calls, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interview schedules
- Maintain candidate pipelines, interview trackers, and recruitment dashboards
- Support bulk hiring for blue-collar categories
- Prepare job descriptions, job posts & recruitment reports
- Coordinate onboarding, document collection, and joining formalities
- Build strong relationships with agencies, manpower suppliers & internal departments
- Ensure recruitment is aligned with company growth and manpower planning
Requirements
- Strong hiring experience in white-collar roles (Engineers, Supervisors, Admin, HR, Finance, Architects, etc.)
- Experience in blue-collar recruitment (technicians, helpers, welders, fabricators, drivers, etc.)
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment tools
- Ability to join immediately preferred
