We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, strong knowledge of MOHRE regulations, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labour law compliance.
Maintain HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation.
Handle payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits.
Ensure internal compliance with UAE labour law and company policies.
Support performance management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Excellent people management skills.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
Experience in WPS, payroll and employee relations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 to 4500 per month
