Job Summary: Looking for HR Recruiter in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks as well as referrals to identify potential candidates
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens and assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interview panel members
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate selection and assist in making final hiring decisions
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assessing skills, experience, cultural fit and potential for growth
  • Conduct reference checks and verify employment history, educational background as well as other relevant information
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience through keeping candidates informed about the status of their application and next steps
  • Address candidate inquiries, provide feedback and assist with any logistical arrangements related to the interview process
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully filling various positions
  • Solid understanding of recruitment practices, techniques as well as tools
  • Must be familiar with applicant tracking systems as well as other HR software
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and evaluate fit for specific roles
