Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Fluency in English and preferably additional languages
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Forms and Google Sheets as well as resume databases
Minimum 3 year real estate experience in Dubai
