The Recruitment Officer is responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for digital marketing companies, as well as a strong understanding of the industry and its specific needs. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company\'s hiring needs
Source and screen candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with candidates
Assess candidates\' skills and experience, and make hiring recommendations
Prepare and present job offers to candidates
Have own resources on different job portals, able to recruit sales candidates
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field
2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the digital marketing industry
Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
