This is a project-based role (6-month contract) focused on supporting recruitment operations and ensuring the timely delivery of qualified manpower across multiple projects.
Location: Al Karama, Dubai, UAE
Contract Type: Project-Based (6 Months)
Visa Requirement: Must have Own Visa
Key Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in healthcare, childcare, or manpower recruitment
Fluent in English and Tagalog (spoken and written)
Skilled in CV sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Proficient in strategic job posting and candidate engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, WhatsApp, and recruitment portals)
Strong coordination and communication with clients, applicants & team members
Knowledge of UAE labour laws and visa procedures is an advantage
