Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Keep detailed records of recruitment activities and maintain the applicant tracking system up-to-date.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
New Profile Entry:
Enter new employee profiles into the HR information system accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all necessary information, such as personal details, employment history, and contact information, is entered correctly.
Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure seamless integration of new employee data into relevant systems and processes.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the recruitment process.
Maintain proper documentation of all recruitment activities, including job descriptions, interview notes, and offer letters.
Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and other relevant documentation for new hires.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on best practices in recruitment and sourcing techniques.
Provide suggestions for improving the recruitment process and enhancing the candidate experience.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in HR and recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
