Responsibilities:
  • Employee Sourcing:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Proactively search for passive candidates through online databases and professional networks.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Keep detailed records of recruitment activities and maintain the applicant tracking system up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • New Profile Entry:
  • Enter new employee profiles into the HR information system accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all necessary information, such as personal details, employment history, and contact information, is entered correctly.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure seamless integration of new employee data into relevant systems and processes.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the recruitment process.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all recruitment activities, including job descriptions, interview notes, and offer letters.
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and other relevant documentation for new hires.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on best practices in recruitment and sourcing techniques.
  • Provide suggestions for improving the recruitment process and enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in HR and recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month
