Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, define job requirements, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of the organization\'s employer brand. Showcase the company culture and values to attract and retain top talent. Job Postings and Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and manage the posting of vacancies on various platforms. Utilize advertising and marketing techniques to increase the visibility of job openings. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Provide logistical support and ensure a smooth interview process. Reference Checking: Conduct reference checks for potential candidates, ensuring accurate and reliable information is obtained. Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate terms. Ensure competitive and fair compensation packages in line with company policies. Onboarding Support: Work closely with the HR team to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Provide information and support to ensure a positive integration into the company. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations. Compliance: Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities. Adhere to company policies and industry best practices. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
