Job Description
Seeking a HR Project Specialist for new role within a university where you will work with the senior business stakeholders on a range of HR projects, in areas such as OD, HR Policy, Surveys, HR Analysis.Responsibilities
- Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders to determine project goals and requirements.
- Creating project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Managing project resources and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Tracking and reporting progress to stakeholders and upper management
- Managing project risks and identifying potential roadblocks
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
- Coordinating with various HR teams to ensure project success
- Conducting regular team meetings and providing feedback to team members
- Identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
- Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- You will need to hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field and ideally a Master\'s degree or professional HR certification like CIPD, SHRM-CP
- You will have a good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Project management, as you will be responsible for coordinating HR projects from start to finish
- Working in HR administration or related field for at least 5 years
- Previous experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and analyzing data is also beneficial
