Prepare and validate payroll data for external payroll processing Monitor and administer Time & Attendance systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards Handle routine HR inquiries and ensure timely resolution Conduct HR transactions including leave management, and exit processes Process HRIS transactions with a focus on data integrity and quality Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements Serve as the first point of contact for HR policies, processes, and self-service tools, escalating when needed Develop and maintain clear documentation for procedures and reporting processes Analyze HR data to identify trends, perform root-cause analysis, and suggest process improvements Ensure compliance with personnel administration standards and contribute to consistent employee experience
