JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records (physical and digital).
- Prepare HR letters (e.g., salary certificates, employment verification, NOCs).
- Coordinate employee offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance.
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records using HR systems.
- Coordinate with finance on monthly payroll inputs (new joiners, deductions, etc.).
- Address employee queries related to leaves, entitlements, and benefits.
- Support the resolution of workplace issues and provide HR-related guidance.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and staff events.
- Help maintain a positive workplace culture through regular feedback and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across departments.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Support audits and maintain confidentiality of all employee related matters.
- Prepare and circulate HR announcements, internal memos, and organizational updates.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure effective communication of HR programs and initiatives.
