Job Description

A reputable and well-established company who are hiring an HR Operations Specialist to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Execute HR operational processes by communicating with different stakeholders in line with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Monitor employees' performance by obtaining continuous feedback from the respective line manager.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate and administer new hire onboarding, orientation, documentation, and induction programs.
• Support HR audits and internal compliance checks.
• Update and develop HR MIS related reports.
• Salary up to 22,000AED per month.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Only Candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
• Bachelor's Degree. HR Certification such as SHRM or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of HR experience preferably working in hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical, retail or FMCG companies.
• Fluency in Arabic is a must.
• Well-versed with UAE Labor law, and Immigration rules and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
