Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic language is required as the role requires frequent communication with the Arab market.
- Relevant training/degree and experience within People Operations/Human Resources.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE employment legislation/compliance laws and market practices and favourably additional knowledge of other countries.
- Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off-boarding) and providing end to end HR solutions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
