Hiring a HR Officer/ Specialist for one of our esteemed clients in Abu Dhabi.

Education : Bachelor's degree

Language: Arabic & English

: Support the Development of Project HR plan. Support the Development of Project Org. Chart Support the Definition and Implementation of Employee Titles and Salary Scales Manage the Recruitment Process Ensure the Availability of an Attractive Employee Value Proposition Create and Implement HR Policies and Manage Employee Relations Develop and Implement Project Employee Training Manage Day-to-Day HR Activities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in a senior role within an entity in the UAE, demonstrating a strong understanding of local regulations and practices Fluency in English (written and spoken) Local cultural knowledge (preferred) Certification in HR management (e.g., PHR, SPHR, HRMS) is a plus Understanding of labor laws, HRA and disciplinary procedure UAE Nationals with family book preferrable.
