We are imediately hiring an HR Officer for Almadallah Healthcare
Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Support employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives.
Coordinate training, development, and appraisal cycles.
Handle employee relations and HR policy implementation.
Manage visa applications, renewals, and immigration compliance.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct smooth and structured offboarding processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
4-5 years of HR experience, preferably in insurance.
Strong knowledge of HR Operations including visa and immigration procedures.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with UAE labor laws.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
