Ensure proper documentation procedures of employment and after termination/cancellation;
Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system;
Follow up on the progress of employment application like visa, Emirates ID, etc.;
Prepare periodic analytical reports concerning employees\xe2\x80\x99 matters in the Group;
Participate in preparing HR Budget
Manages disciplinary and grievances and issue letters
Verifies any incident internally or externally related to employees and raise needed reports to management to decide on disciplinary action;
Participate in the recruitment and selection process.
Support daily and operations and engage with employee relations
Support the professional development of the team
Training and on-boarding of employees during induction
Coordinate in planning in-house or external (outsourced) training activities; Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
