Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure that all objectives mutually agreed upon and approved by the Management/ Head of Department are attained on time according to the Action Plan for the Year. Ensure that all rules and procedures are complied by all the departments as per Bahrain Labor law Solving Personnel/ HR related issues in the department/ company. To prepare offer letter for selected candidates as per instruction of the Management. Prepare payroll, ensure accuracy and timeliness of salary payout. Attend to employee's benefits, compensation and employee relations/ grievance concerns and solve the same in a timely manner. Requirement Fluent in English to a high level - able to listen and converse Minimum 5 Years of Experience Must be minimum a Graduate, MBA in HR stream is desirable Ideal candidates can shall their CV
