The HR Officer will be responsible for managing all HR-related tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a deep understanding of HR best practices. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidential information.
Responsibilities: * Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
Plan and execute employee training and development programs.
Manage HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws and regulations.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives.
Preferred Candidate: * Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with HRIS software is a plus.
