Job Description

HR Officer

The HR Officer will be responsible for managing all HR-related tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a deep understanding of HR best practices. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities: * Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
  • Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
  • Plan and execute employee training and development programs.
  • Manage HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
  • Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives.
Preferred Candidate: * Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS software is a plus.
