:

Key Accountabilities:

• Organizes and updates employee files.
• Advertise positions, identify and communicate with potential candidates, conduct interviews, perform employment verification and background checks and assist with notifying candidates with their decision.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Ensure employee satisfaction and support channels are available to employees whenever needed.
• Provide advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures.
• Responsible for HR events, staff outings, Engagement programs.
• Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, visa renewals and submission of documents for processing in a timely manner before the expiry date, leave and attendance.
• Assisting and scheduling Phone Interviews
• New Hire Orientation schedule
• Preparing employee requested documents.
• Staffing and Accommodation arrangement
• Medical Insurance maintenance
• Arranging new employee hotel stay and ticket entitlements.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Experience: 3- 4 years HR experience
• Skills:
• Good knowledge of UAE labour laws.
• Good communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• High level of confidentiality.
