We are currently seeking an outstanding HR Officer (UAE National) to join our multinational company. The HR Officer needs to provide an effective people-related support function to the company, and to be the key point of contact for new, current, and existing staff with all employment matters. To continuously strive to exceed internal & external customer expectations. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum degree of higher education in Human Resources or related field Related industry qualification, of graduate level, for the assigned functional area(s).
Recognized HR Qualification and/or professional subscription (eg CIPD) desirable.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 2 years in HR or Recruitment in any industry; or
1 year in Generalist HR within a service-related industry.
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills
Sound working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
Strong Safer Recruitment Practice knowledge.
ADEK Requitement knowledge of strong advantage.
Competent using IT systems, including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
Builds positive relationships within the team, regions and across the organization
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Experience liaising with government bodies in the UAE as well as a working knowledge of HAAD and Immigration requirements and processes.
Fluent English & Arabic communication skills, written and oral.
Attention to detail with diligent follow up, and able to execute in a timely manner.
Skilled in multi-tasking and handling pressure.
Organizational ability, of self and others.
Able to effectively negotiate.
Forethought and forward planning (particularly as this relates to local Government compliance matters).
Capable of influencing people and talented in networking with cultural sensitivity.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
