JD for your reference only ï? Preparation of Monthly HR MIS ï? Training and Development for Middle, Lower Management and Workmen ï? Coordinating with Manager H R for Recruitment, Induction and Training ï? Renewal, and Consent obtaining and Statutory Returns of Factory Dept, ï? Contract Labour Management, Bill, Statutory Docs checking, Auditing, Licence Renewal etc. ï? Processing Payroll ï? Attendance Management - Biometric Software. ï? Compliance of ESIC, Labour Dept, Employment Exchange and Apprenticeship Dept. ï? Compliance and Settlement of Claims - EPFO. ï? Implementation of CSR Activities as per Management Approval. ï? Disciplinary actions - Showcause, Internal Enquiry Punishment process for Absenteeism and other misconducts. ï? Dealing with the Neighbouring Industries regarding IR Issues. ï? Interaction with Union Office Bearers of AITUC Trade Union relating to IR Issues. ï? Medical aid to employees in case of employment injury or sickness ï? Responsible for extending Mediclaim coverage to all Management staff members and claim processes. ï? ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO: 9001, 5 S Workplace Management, and ISO 14001:2004 Documentation for auditing.
