About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced
HR Officer
to manage and oversee all aspects of Human Resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE Labor Law, HR best practices, and hands-on experience dealing with
SAIF Zone procedures and regulations
.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
Handle visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with SAIF Zone authorities.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
Administer payroll, leave management, and end-of-service benefits.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and SAIF Zone HR regulations.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Prepare regular HR reports for management and coordinate with auditors when required.
Assist with policy development, implementation, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of HR experience
in the UAE (experience in SAIF Zone is a strong advantage).
Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR policies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
