Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
Monitor attendance, leave, and support payroll coordination.
Respond to employee queries and support HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation.
Assist with disciplinary and grievance processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
