Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Handle work permits, visas, and labor contracts through UAE government systems (e.g., MOHRE, immigration portals).
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee payroll processing and leave management.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government systems for visa/work permit processing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
