Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and documentation.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of HR experience
in a generalist or officer role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, etc.).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
