Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees, ensuring they have the necessary information on benefits and compensation.

Organizational Skills:

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Communication Skills:

Confident and effective communication with employees and management. Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations

Payroll Processing:

Accurately calculating and processing employee salaries, bonuses, and commissions, Ensuring timely payment of all employees, Managing payroll adjustments, including those for absences or penalties.

Renewal:

Handle the full cycle of visa processing, including applications, renewals, insurance and terminations.

Qualifications:



A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is a common requirement. A minimum of 2-5 years UAE of experience in human resources is generally required, with specific experience in areas like recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary for interacting with employees and management.
