Job Description

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting our most valuable asset - our people. This role is pivotal in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration and general HR support, all within the fast-paced and rewarding healthcare environment. The successful candidate will ensure all HR operations run smoothly and in strict adherence to hospital policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned vacancies, including sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
  • Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Facilitate the selection process, including conducting reference checks and preparing employment offers.
2. Onboarding and Induction:
  • Execute a seamless onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Prepare new hire documentation and coordinate orientation schedules.
  • Conduct HR inductions to familiarize new employees with hospital policies, culture, and procedures.
3. Employee Benefits Administration:
  • Administer the staff medical insurance scheme, including enrollment, renewal, and day-to-day management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding medical insurance and other benefits.
  • Process and manage claims, and liaise with insurance providers to resolve any issues.
4. HR Operations and Support:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for all HR functions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in employee relations matters, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Experience:
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Essential: Prior exposure to Healthcare HR is highly desirable.
  • Experience with day-to-day recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
Notice Period:
  • Must be available to join immediately or within a maximum notice period of 1 month.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
