Job Description
We are looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer
withproven UAE experience
, preferably in therestaurant industry
, to support end-to-end HR operations.Key Responsibilities:
Handle
full-cycle recruitment
and employee onboarding Managevisa, labor card, and immigration processes
in line with UAE laws Maintain employee leave records and processannual leave payroll
Update and manageHRIS/HRMS data
Support employee relations and liaise withPROs and government authorities
Requirements:
Male candidates only (any nationality)
Restaurant industry experience is mandatory
Minimum2 years UAE HR experience
Strong knowledge ofUAE labor law, visa processing, and payroll
Proficient inMS Excel & HR systems
